Mike Brown brings more than 35 years of clinical and operational expertise to his role as President. A seasoned Registered Nurse and accomplished healthcare executive, Mike has dedicated his career to elevating the delivery of high‑quality home care. His leadership is grounded in decades of hands‑on experience and a proven record of building, guiding, and optimizing high‑performing home care teams.
Over the past 30 years, Mike has held key executive roles within major home care organizations—including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Quality, and Chief Operating Officer—where he led large-scale initiatives focused on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. His breadth of experience uniquely positions him to understand the evolving needs of both providers and patients.

She has held leadership roles in Home Health and Hospice organizations. She has also served as a site visitor for a leading accrediting organization, conducting accreditation and Medicare Certification surveys throughout the country. Home Health and Hospice services are her passion, and her belief is that patients deserve to have care where they want to be the most, at Home!

Alesha Lee
Home Health Consultant
Alesha Lee is a CHAP-certified home health consultant with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. She specializes in supporting home health and home care agencies across both startup and established environments, with a strong focus on regulatory readiness, compliance excellence, and operational optimization.
Throughout her career, Alesha has successfully guided organizations through CHAP accreditation, QAPI program development, staffing strategy, and revenue cycle management. Known for her strategic insight and hands-on approach, she partners closely with agency leadership to identify operational gaps, implement scalable systems, and strengthen organizational performance. Alesha is deeply committed to helping providers move beyond basic compliance, building efficient, patient-centered agencies with a solid foundation for long-term growth.
Larry Baider

Larry M. Baider is the founder of Elevate Human Capital LLC. His expertise in strategic human capital spans over two decades. He has activated talent management and succession planning solutions for several organizations, designed performance management systems, and under his leadership, his teams have been awarded international recognition for leadership development programming.
He now brings his wealth of knowledge and innovation to his clients. Along with Human Capital Advisory Services, his consultancy specializes in:

He is a trained professional coach, graduating from CoachU’s coach training program in 2001. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Performance Psychology.
Larry published Leadership to the Fifth Power in 2007, he is a regular speaker, and he co-hosts the Lean In Leaders podcast.
