As the President of the firm, Mike Brown brings a deep experience in delivery of quality care and management and leadership of vast home care teams. As a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, Mike guides the firm using real life experience. Mike has held executive home care positions with many large organizations over the past 25 years, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Quality and Chief Operating Officer.

Comprehensive expertise is in the field of home health with a focus on leadership, regulatory compliance, policy development and quality initiatives. Sandra is committed to both organizational and educational development as a consultant and University Professor.

Constance Morrison is a Home Health and Home Care professional with over 25 years in this industry. She has helped agencies to achieve 5 STARS by consistently improving Quality for her patients. Her education and training insight, can assist your agency to be more successful as well! Additionally in Revenue Cycle Management she brings oversight in the back office, process improvement that improves the bottom line, with Coding review, billing oversight and revenue recovery. As a military trained Physician Assistant, she brings a clinical piece to home health and an understanding of the patients and providers that is most helpful to her clients. She has been a CEO to large and small organizations, has had oversight and management over multi-state operations and continues to work enthusiastically with her clients in all areas. Home Health is her passion and her belief that patients deserve to have care where they want to be the most; At Home!

Ann has over 30 years of multi-state healthcare experience in the acute and home health care settings. She brings over 15 years of home health clinical and operational regional leadership. Ann loves all things quality, regulatory and compliance! Along with her deep experience in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, she also has great experience in Medicare-Certified survey preparation and corrective action planning and implementation. In addition, she has experience in the development of educational curriculum related to technology platforms, such as ZOOM and electronic health records. She loves spending time with her family and loves her four-legged family members.
