Mike Brown brings more than 35 years of clinical and operational expertise to his role as President. A seasoned Registered Nurse and accomplished healthcare executive, Mike has dedicated his career to elevating the delivery of high‑quality home care. His leadership is grounded in decades of hands‑on experience and a proven record of building, guiding, and optimizing high‑performing home care teams.
Over the past 30 years, Mike has held key executive roles within major home care organizations—including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Quality, and Chief Operating Officer—where he led large-scale initiatives focused on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. His breadth of experience uniquely positions him to understand the evolving needs of both providers and patients.

She has also served as a site visitor for a leading accrediting organization, conducting accreditation and Medicare Certification surveys throughout the country. Home Health and Hospice services are her passion, and her belief is that patients deserve to have care where they want to be the most, at Home!
